Ogni mese, una moltitudine di infermieri del Sud Italia attraversa il Paese per tentare la fortuna in uno dei tanti concorsi pubblici organizzati dagli ospedali del Nord. I posti di lavoro sono pochissimi, le candidature migliaia. Dal momento che molti di loro sono costretti a tentare la sorte più volte l'anno, un infermiere napoletano ha creato un servizio di autobus low cost che viaggiano di notte e che accompagnano i candidati all'esame. È un autobus speciale pieno di aspiranti lavoratori, ognuno dei quali porta con sé la propria storia, le speranze e le paure per il futuro.
Each month, a multitude of nurses from the South of Italy cross the country to try their luck in an open competition in the great cities of the North. There are just few positions for the thousands of candidates. The majority of them try several times a year. A nurse from a small town near Naples created a service of low cost buses travelling over night, leaving nurses on site to take the exam at dawn. This is the tale of a special bus full of aspiring workers, each of them carrying their story, telling in one voice their own hopes and fears for the future.
